Ashlee Pounds is the current Project Controls Manager at Kitchell Corporation. Ashlee has been in this position since February 2018. Prior to that, they were a civil engineer with the Sustainability Engineering Group from July 2015 to February 2018. There, they worked on grading and drainage design, utility layout, and site planning for 1-20 Acre commercial and residential developments. Ashlee also did due diligence research with preparation of entitlement documents and communicated with general contractors, preparing bulletins and responding to RFI’s during the construction process. Some of their notable projects include Fry's Fuel Center, Tempe, AZ; Burger King, Phoenix , AZ; Phoenix Seminary New Library and Classroom Expansion, Scottsdale, AZ; and Alta Drinkwater Apartments, Scottsdale, AZ. Ashlee started their career as a student intern at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. from February 2013 to May 2015.

Ashlee Pounds attended the University of Arizona where they earned a data bootcamp certification in data analysis as well as a bachelor's degree in mining engineering. Ashlee is also certified by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) - Civil and by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) as a Construction Manager in Training.

Their manager is Phil Glenn, Project Director. They work with Julia Zavala - Senior Project Manager, Joyce Oishi - Senior Project Manager, and David Bruner - Senior Project Manager.
