David Koval

David Koval is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and legal environments. Currently serving as COO and General Counsel at Kitchell since April 2004, Koval has previously held the positions of Vice President and General Counsel within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Partner and Associate at Stinson Morrison Hecker from April 1999 to April 2004, and as an Associate at Teilborg Sanders & Parks between August 1996 and April 1999. Koval began the legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals from February 1995 to August 1996. Koval earned a J.D. in Law from Arizona State University College of Law (1990-1993) and a B.A. in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1985-1989).
