Erica K.

Erica K. is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project management within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Kitchell since August 2023, Erica previously held the position of Team Lead, Sr Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where successful delivery of the capital pipeline for Google Real Estate Workplace Services across over 350 buildings was achieved. With a strong background at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as Branch Chief, Erica managed Multifamily Production in San Francisco and led projects valued at over $6 billion. Prior experience includes project management roles at Turner Construction, overseeing a $550 million OSHPD public hospital project, and earlier at Kitchell managing a $30 million public high school construction project. Educational qualifications include a USC Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development in Real Estate Development & Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
