Jose Villegas Roman

Jose Villegas Roman is a Project Engineer II at Kitchell, having served since May 2022, with experience processing submittals and RFIs, and collaborating with subcontractors on the Scottsdale Entrada project. Prior to this role, Jose worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Hardison/Downey Construction during the summer of 2021, contributing to the Novus Parcel 3B project by managing submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes, and assisting in the punch process alongside the owner's representative. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, obtained in May 2022.
