Ian Tinkler

Ian Tinkler is an accomplished engineer and business executive with over 25 years of experience in product development and technical leadership roles. Ian is currently an Advisor at KitchenMate, a startup focused on developing new kitchen appliances.

Ian’s previous experience includes serving as Chief Technical Officer at CannaKorp from December 2015 to December 2017, Interim CTO at SMARTwheel Inc. from December 2014 to December 2018, and VP Research and Development at Keurig, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they spent 9 years at Keurig in various positions, including VP Brewer Engineering from December 2004 to December 2013.

Ian has also held leadership roles at Culligan, Hamilton Sundstrand, and Envirovac. Ian started their career as a Lead Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand in 1984 and later became Head of Thermal Design Section, GWED at British Aerospace in 1977.

Ian Tinkler has an MBA from Rockford University, and an ONC in Electronics from Stevenage College. Ian also has a HND in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
