Michelle is currently the Director of Research and Development at KITCHENTOWN, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Food Scientist at Creative Spices from 1995 to 1997 and then served as a Senior Food Scientist at Mattson from 1997 to 2011. Michelle went on to hold the position of Food Scientist at Clif Bar & Company from 2011 to 2013, and has also contributed as a Senior Manager in Product Development. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
