Shane Baker

Shane Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and safety within the fiber optics industry, currently serving as Quality and Safety Manager and Engineering Manager at KITCO Fiber Optics since September 2018. Previously, Shane held significant roles at Valkyrie Enterprises from 2008 to 2018, including Division Manager and Assistant Vice President of Technical Services, as well as Program Manager. Shane's earlier career includes positions as a Consulting Field Engineer at both SAIC (2007-2008) and AMSEC LLC (2003-2007), where responsibilities included managing Navy Shipboard Alteration Installation Teams. Shane's foundational experience was gained in the US Navy from 1983 to 2003, serving as an Interior Communications Electrician. Educational credentials include studies at Clinton High School in Clinton, Missouri, and Central Texas College.
