Christina Sloane

Christina Sloane has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and recruitment. Christina started their career at SDI Marketing in 2014, where they worked as a Jr. Recruiter (Co-op) and later transitioned to a full-time role as a Recruiter. In 2016, they joined AquaMobile Inc. as a Recruitment Manager for a brief period. Christina then returned to SDI Marketing in 2017 as a Field Recruitment Manager and later became the Manager of Field Operations. In 2019, they joined kite and took on the role of Sr. Manager of Field Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Client & Internal Operations at both SDImktg and kite.

Christina Sloane holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management (Post Grad) from Sheridan College, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Dalhousie University between 2007 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Christina has obtained certifications including "Communicating to Drive People to Take Action" and "Discovering Your Strengths" from LinkedIn. Christina is also a Certified Human Resources Professional, recognized by the Human Resources Professionals Association.
