Kia Phillips

Kia Phillips has an extensive work experience spanning from 1994 to 2022. Kia began their career at Accenture as a Strategy Consultant, followed by a role as Corporate Development Manager at Boots. In 2000, they joined First Property Group plc as Finance Director, where they oversaw the company's growth from zero to multi-$m revenues and sustainable profitability. In 2003, they co-founded StrategyEye, a leading research provider, and in 2014 they co-founded EditorEye, a cloud-based artificial intelligence platform. In 2016, they co-founded both KiteEdge Ltd and RapidKD. Finally, in 2013 they joined the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as a Board Member, and in 2022 they joined EY as their first ever Entrepreneur In Residence.

Kia Phillips obtained an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 1990 and 1993.
