Kimberley Byrne SHRM CP

Kimberley Byrne SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kimberley began their career in 1985 as a Franchisee/Owner Operator with McDonald's, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Pixar Animation Studios as a Human Resources Assistant, before transitioning to Kite Hill in 2015. At Kite Hill, they initially served as an HR Generalist/HR Department of One, and later became an HR Manager. Throughout their career, Kimberley has gained valuable experience in various HR roles, demonstrating their expertise in managing HR operations and supporting organizational needs.

Kimberley Byrne SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology from California State University, Long Beach. Kimberley then pursued a Human Resource Certificate Program from the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2014, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their education, Kimberley received various certifications such as the SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resource Managers in February 2016. Kimberley also acquired a Certificate in Human Resources Management - With Distinction from UC Berkeley Extension in November 2014, and an Assurance of Learning Certificate - Advanced from the Society of Human Resource Management in October 2014. Kimberley also holds a Computer Skills for the Workplace Certificate, which includes skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access. Lastly, they have completed extensive management training with McDonald's Corporation.
