Stephen Kirby

Stephen Kirby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tenant improvement and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Tenant Improvement at Kite Realty Group since November 2018, Stephen also holds the position of Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager. As a Manager and Partner at Kirby Group, LLC since January 2006, Stephen has demonstrated leadership in various capacities. Previously, from January 2013 to October 2018, Stephen worked at DDR Corp. as a Senior Tenant Coordination Project Manager, overseeing construction and lease delivery for over 70 shopping centers in the Southeast and Puerto Rico. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2000 and 2004.
