Lisa Gillette-Martin

Lisa Gillette-Martin has extensive experience in public relations and writing/editing roles. Lisa is currently working at Kiterocket as a Senior Content Developer & PR Strategist, where they handle account management, writing, and strategy for various clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Writing/Editing Consultant from March 2018 to December 2021.

Lisa's previous experience includes working at MCA Public Relations as a Senior Account Director and Lead Technical Writer, where they provided PR counsel, writing, editing, pitching, and strategy for clients across the agency. Lisa also worked as a Senior Consultant at MCA, Inc., as well as several other small agencies.

Additionally, Lisa has held positions as a Public Relations Manager at Cadence Design Systems, a Public Relations Supervisor at Siemens Corporation, and an Account Manager at The Hoffman Agency and MCA Public Relations. Lisa started their career as an Associate Editor at The Verecom Group and later joined Miller Freeman Inc., where they worked as a Managing Editor/Newsstand Circulation Manager for electronics trade magazines.

Throughout their career, Lisa has worked with a range of clients and industries, including technology, electronics, and manufacturing.

Lisa Gillette-Martin attended the University of California, Davis from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they studied Mass Communication, Textiles & Clothing, and English. Lisa then transferred to California State University, Fresno, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from 1984 to 1985.
