Imad El Fay

Imad El Fay is a seasoned professional in growth strategy and transformation with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Growth at Kitopi since October 2021, Imad previously held the position of Partner at HB Investments from November 2019 to October 2021, focusing on building and scaling consumer brands. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from June 2015 to November 2019, where leadership in strategy and analytics was demonstrated by advising over 20 clients. Imad began a career in consulting at Booz & Company from July 2010 to August 2013, working on strategy design and operational transformation. Imad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
