Taylor Jernigan

Taylor Jernigan, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as AVP and Employee Relations Administrator at Kitsap Bank since September 2018. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare and Human Resources Manager at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, where Taylor successfully recruited for executive positions and improved employee satisfaction ratings. With a strong foundation in HR practices from previous positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts and various hospitality establishments, Taylor also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Industry Management from the University of San Francisco.
