Danielle MacLean, PHR, SHRM-CP began their career at KeyBank in 2003 as a Recruiter Coordinator, providing support for up to four recruiters. Danielle handled various tasks such as receiving and distributing resumes, maintaining job requisition files, and facilitating new employee orientation. In 2004, they were promoted to an Associate Recruiter, where they recruited and selected entry-level professional positions. Danielle collaborated with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and educated them on the recruiting process. Danielle prescreened and interviewed candidates before forwarding qualified individuals to hiring managers.
In 2007, Danielle joined Kitsap Credit Union as an HR Generalist. Danielle was responsible for the recruitment process, including posting jobs, reviewing applications and resumes, pre-screening candidates, and conducting background checks. Danielle also facilitated the monthly New Employee Orientation. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of HR Generalist/HRIS Administrator, where they managed the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Danielle'sresponsibilities included ensuring data integrity, processing and reporting HR data, performing exports and imports, conducting clean-ups and research, and reporting on data discrepancies. Danielle played a crucial role in maintaining the HRIS system.
Danielle MacLean, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong education background with a focus on business and human resources. In 1999, they enrolled at Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources in 2003.
