Kevin Goodwin

Kevin Goodwin has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Kevin started their career as a Front Desk Specialist/Supervisor at Eagle Crest Resort, where they provided assistance to guests, addressed their needs, and managed complaints. Kevin also worked as a Night Auditor, handling end-of-day reports, balancing transactions, and managing the hotel front desk independently.

Kevin then transitioned into the IT field, starting as a Desktop Support Technician at Eagle Crest Resort, where they maintained software and hardware across multiple resorts and provided support to approximately 500 users. Kevin Goodwin attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Systems Analysis degree with a specialization in Business Analysis.
