Terrence Holihen

Terrence Holihen has a diverse work experience. Terrence started their career in 1990 as a Naval Intelligence Officer for the US Navy, where they provided intelligence training and support during operations in Iraq and Somalia. In 1997, they transitioned to the private sector as an Associate Attorney at Roetzel & Andress. Terrence then joined Akerman Senterfitt as an Associate/Shareholder in 1999. In 2005, they worked at Gulf Bay Group of Companies as an Assistant General Counsel for a brief period before moving to Kitson & Partners. At Kitson & Partners, they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Senior Vice President of Land Use/Entitlements. Terrence was responsible for asset valuation, underwriting, due diligence, project approvals, and implementation strategy. Throughout their career, Terrence has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in real estate and asset management.

Terrence Holihen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the College of the Holy Cross from 1986 to 1990. Terrence further pursued their education at the Syracuse University College of Law, where they received their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 1994 to 1997.
