Tim Daher

Tim Daher has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of commercial construction. Tim is currently the Director - Commercial Construction at Kitson & Partners since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Regency Centers as a Sr. Project Manager from October 2015 to August 2019. Starting in November 2012, they served as the Director of Construction at CBRE | UCR until October 2015. From March 2010 to November 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at Whitestone REIT. Tim also has a long-standing career history in real estate development and management companies, from January 1985 to March 2010, where they held roles ranging from Project Manager to VP Construction Services.

Tim Daher has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. In 1982, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Missouri, and in 1997, they obtained the Real Estate Broker certification, also from the State of Missouri. In 2015, Tim obtained another Professional Engineer (PE) certification, this time from the State of Texas.
