Sophia Semensky

Sophia Semensky is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Associate and Transportation Analyst at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sophia gained valuable experience as a Civil Engineering Student at the University of Florida and TU Delft, and held various positions including Transportation Engineering Intern at Fehr & Peers, Producer and Host at Civil Conversations, Undergraduate Research Assistant at UF Transportation Institute, and Transportation Intern at CHW Professional Consultants. Additional experience includes working as an Editorial Assistant at DevCom and a Student Campaign Leader at Food & Water Watch. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and has participated in summer programs focusing on Urban Studies and French Studies at the University of Amsterdam and University of Pau and Adour Countries, respectively. Currently, Sophia is pursuing a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering at Portland State University.
