Marc Stansifer

Marc Stansifer, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Kittle Property Group since November 2023. With extensive experience in accounting, Marc has held key roles including Manager of Accounting at Ascension from January 2020 to November 2023, where leadership of a team was integral to achieving strategic goals. Previously, as Accounting Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes for nearly 25 years, responsibilities encompassed managing accounting functions for 60 apartment communities with significant annual revenue and overseeing comprehensive financial audits. Early career positions included Staff Accountant at Steak n Shake and various accounting roles leading back to their academic foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, obtained in 1991. Additionally, Marc has contributed as a Worship Arts Musician at Grace Church in Indiana since 2000 and has previous musician roles at New Hope Church and Mt Auburn United Methodist Church.
