Currently serving as a Buyer Specialist at Kittle Real Estate since November 2021, Joseph previously worked as a Realtor at Sears Real Estate and as a Sales Estimator at Douglass Colony Group, Inc. Prior to these roles, Joseph spent nearly 14 years at Men's Wearhouse, progressing from Store Manager to Senior Store Manager, where leadership and strategic operations drove profitability and exceeded performance metrics. Joseph's career began in the military as a Corporal in the 2nd Battalion 8th Marines, participating in combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
