Frank Johnson has a diverse work experience in the fields of design, product management, and marketing. Frank started their career as an Expo at Westie's Gastropub in 2015. Frank then interned at Iridium in 2016, where they created visual communications and captured product photography. In 2016, they also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at The Ohio State University, focusing on city planning. Frank joined Buckeye Leadership Fellows in 2014, where they worked in teams to provide consulting services to organizations like Iridium Communications Inc. Frank co-founded The Maker Club at OSU in 2015 and served as the President, promoting interdisciplinary art and technology. In 2017, Frank became a Marketing Associate at Iridium, managing content, design, and support for the company's websites and creating marketing assets. Frank then joined netamorphosis in 2019 as a Digital Project Coordinator, gradually transitioning to the role of UX Designer & Developer. At netamorphosis, Frank played a pivotal role in creating well-designed web experiences and developing business strategies for new clients. In 2021, they became a Product Manager at Shift Lab, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Frank is a Design Engineer at KittyCAD, contributing to the development of a revolutionary CAD software platform.

Frank Johnson completed their Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended The University of Akron from 2011 to 2012, but did not obtain a degree or declare a specific field of study. Frank also attended Green High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
