Tom joined the business in early 2022 as the Kitwave Group’s Health & Safety Director. He is a Chartered Member of IOSH and has a wealth of experience in several different sectors. He is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the Health & Safety performance, developing the H&S strategy, and vision within the Kitwave Group. Another of his main focuses is to promote a positive H&S culture within the business and ensuring the Group remains compliant.
