Camila Toschi

Camila Toschi has a diverse work experience in the field of people and culture. Camila is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Kivi | Connected TV since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Rocket Lab | Mobile App Growth from November 2021 to present. Camila also worked as a People & Culture professional at Cabify from September 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they were an HRBP Latam at Entravision Digital from January 2020 to October 2020. Camila also gained experience as an HR Analyst LATAM at Headway from October 2017 to October 2020. Camila started their career as an Assistant in Human Resources at BASF from August 2017 to October 2017 and also served as an HR Intern at BASF from August 2016 to August 2017.

Camila Toschi completed a Licenciatura degree in Recursos humanos at Universidad del Salvador from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they also took a course in HR metrics at Mercer. In 2020, they attended AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR for two courses, namely Employee experience & Design thinking and People Analytics.
