Jack Lovell is a Senior Economic Adviser at Kivu International since April 2021, providing support to governments and think tanks in public policy development across countries including Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. Previously, Jack served as an Economic Adviser at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, leading a project focused on real-time monitoring data for policy decisions, and at UK Research and Innovation as the lead analyst for the £2.6 billion Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund. Early experience includes roles as an Assistant Economist in various government departments, focusing on strategic analysis related to the EU exit and the UK housing market. Jack holds a Master of Science in Social Policy (Research) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
