Monique Wesseling-Alblas

Monique Wesseling-Alblas is currently working as the HR Manager at Kiwa Nederland. Previously, Monique held the position of HR Business Partner at Kiwa N.V. and Manager at Tempo Team. With a background in various HR roles, Monique has experience in people and process management, strategic planning, personnel development, advising clients on HR matters, and ensuring quality standards at the organizational level. Monique also serves as a Senior HR Consultant with expertise in various HR areas such as conflict resolution, personnel planning, and compliance with labor laws. In addition, Monique has experience teaching at the Tempo-Team Academy and holds degrees from Leiden University and Montessori Lyceum in Rotterdam.
