Mitzi Berberi

Mitzi Berberi is the current Chief Legal Officer at Kiwi.com. Prior to this, they served as the Legal Director at Uber from February 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they were the Deputy General Counsel - Europe & Africa at Fox Networks Group from July 2015 to November 2019, where they oversaw National Geographic, FOX, FOX Sports, ESPN, Disney, Voyage, and FOX+. From October 2013 to November 2019, they were also the Head of Legal & Business Affairs UK, France & Africa at Fox International Channels (FIC), and Head of Legal, European Productions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Banijay Group from March 2009 to October 2013. Mitzi began their career as Vice-President - Business and Legal Affairs at Distraction Formats from August 2005 to March 2009.

Mitzi Berberi has a DEA/LLM in Droit International Prive et Arbitrage International from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), a B.A. in Political Science from Concordia University, and a Certificate in Comparative American and European Law from Institut de droit comparé (Paris, France). Mitzi also has an LL.L.-LL.B. in Law from the University of Ottawa.
