Chris Aiken

Chris Aiken is a seasoned professional in the modular construction and urban development sectors, currently serving as a Modular Construction Advisor and Investor at Catalina Advisory since September 2020. Aiken holds various roles, including Independent Director at Kiwi Property and Amberfield Development, as well as a member of the Construction Programme Assurance Panel at Kainga Ora. With previous positions such as Director at Piritahi and Chief Executive of HLC NZ, Aiken has extensive experience in managing large-scale urban projects and contributing to sustainable development practices. Aiken's background includes significant contributions to the Australian Government Land Organisation and a vital interim role at Kāinga Ora, aiding in the transition of housing initiatives.
