Karlee Lightbourne is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Kiwi Property since October 2015, Karlee drives marketing strategies for seven shopping centres across New Zealand, contributing to 45 million annual customer visits and over $2 billion in sales.
