Victoria Fletcher CMktr is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Watson Fuels since August 2025, Victoria previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at World Kinect Corporation from August 2022 to August 2025. Prior roles include Marketing Lead at World Fuel Services and Marketing Manager in multiple capacities at Watson Fuels. Victoria's earlier experience also features Marketing Manager and Commercial Manager roles at WHSmith, and a Store Manager position at Marks and Spencer, where leadership and strategic implementation played a key role.
