Morne is the Chief Customer Officer, responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for the customers through innovative products and services. As the customer champion, he oversees the Growth, Product, Advice, and Customer teams to ensure everyone is all thinking about the customer in everything they do.

Morne has been with Kiwi Wealth for 2 years and was previously Head of Digital and Customer Experience, responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of digital products and customer experiences.

Originally from South Africa, Morne emigrated to New Zealand in 2019 with his wife and 2 children. He studied at the University of Port Elizabeth and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce he has also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in financial planning and an Advanced Programme in Taxation. He is a registered financial adviser.
