Danielle Flatman

Danielle Flatman currently serves as an Organisational Development Specialist at Kiwibank, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Danielle was an Employee Experience and Development Partner at The Warehouse Group from February 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of Learning and Development Partners to facilitate organisational change, as well as designing and implementing employee lifecycle programmes. Danielle also held positions at The Warehouse Group as a Brand Experience Coordinator, where campaign management and budget oversight were key, and as a Project Coordinator for community initiatives, enhancing partnership results. Earlier experience includes roles at Bunnings, contributing to community and service team efforts. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Finance from Massey University and a Certificate of Proficiency in Employment Law from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
