Joo Cha

Joo Cha currently serves as the Head of Financial Reporting, Accounting and Tax at Kiwibank, a position held since October 2022. With extensive experience in the financial services industry, Joo has held roles such as Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte from September 2016 to September 2022, and various positions including Director and Associate Director. Previous experience includes serving as Tax Manager at Tower Insurance from September 2013 to September 2016 and at Deloitte from May 2011 to August 2013. Notably, Joo completed a secondment at Deloitte US, specializing in foreign bank branch taxation. Joo holds a BCom (Hons) in Accounting from The University of Auckland, with foundational education at Diocesan School for Girls.
