Kate Fairbrother

Kate Fairbrother has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Kate started their career as a Solicitor at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Kate then moved to CMS Cameron McKenna and held the position of Solicitor from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they joined Chapman Tripp as a Senior Associate and worked there from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Kiwibank and has held the roles of Senior Legal Counsel from 2018 to 2019 and later became the Head of Legal Services from November 2019 till the present.

From 2002 to 2006, Kate Fairbrother attended Victoria University of Wellington, where they earned a LLB (1st class honours) degree and a BCA (Accounting) degree. The field of study for these degrees is not specified.
