Matthew Scrafton is currently the Senior Manager Strategic Initiatives at Kiwibank. With experience in agile transformation, programme management, and digital strategy, Matthew has a strong background in leading organizational change and driving business value. Matthew holds a B.Sc Hons in Geography from Loughborough University and has pursued further education in areas such as emerging disruptive technologies and strategic leadership.
