Nikita van de Ven

Nikita van de Ven currently serves as the Head of People - Digital and Technology and Legal at Kiwibank since March 2022, having previously held the position of People Partner. Prior to this, Nikita worked at Stats NZ as a Senior Advisor in People and Culture and held the role of HR Advisor at The Treasury - New Zealand, which advises the government on economic and financial policy. Early career experiences include working as a Human Resource Assistant at Animal Logic, a Human Resources Administrator and Performance Analyst at Trade Me, and roles in customer service. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington.
