Paul Chambers is the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Kiwibank. Chambers has over 25 years of experience in various financial roles. Paul began their career in 1987 as an auditor for Binder Hamlyn. Paul then moved on to Courtaulds Textiles in 1990 where they held various positions before becoming the Financial Controller in 1992. In 1994, they became the Directeur Financier for Georges Rech, a position they held until 1998. Chambers then took on the role of UK FD for Pilkington from 1998 to 1999. Paul became the Group FD for Elkstone Holdings in 1999 and held that position until 2001 when they became Head of Finance for Southampton at Associated British Ports. Chambers left Associated British Ports in 2005 to become the CFO for Transfield Services, a position they held until 2009. Paul then became the CFO for Meridian Energy in 2009 and held that position until 2019 when they took on their current role at Kiwibank.

Paul Chambers has a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and a certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in CA. Paul also has a certification from ICAEW in FCA.

Paul Chambers works with Elliot Smith - Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Charlotte Ward - Chief People Officer, and Mark Stephen - Chief Customer Officer. Their manager is Steve Jurkovich, Chief Executive.
