Phillippa Wightman

Phillippa Wightman has extensive experience in human resources and people technology, currently serving as the Head of People Technology at Kiwibank since July 2019, following a progression of roles within the organization. Prior roles at Kiwibank include HRIS Manager, HR Technology Lead, and Payroll Optimisation Specialist, among others. Phillippa also contributed to the People Operations Team as a Test Analyst in late 2018, focusing on the Holidays Act remediation project. Volunteer experience includes secretarial and committee roles with Ngaio Kindergarten and Ngaio Khandallah Plunket Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resources Management from Massey University.
