Ruby Tomacruz

Ruby Tomacruz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Digital and Technology Senior Product Lead at Kiwibank since September 2023. Previously, Ruby held the position of Team Lead - Engineering at Xero and was the Product Engineering Team Lead - Cards at Visa, where Ruby led two cross-functional delivery teams focused on card management and administration. Ruby's extensive background includes roles as a Business Analyst and Senior Technical Writer at Fraedom, as well as multiple technical writing positions at Endace, Zeacom, Orion Health, and IPFX. Ruby's career began in ICT advocacy and systems analysis at the National Computer Center and Land Bank of the Philippines. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Maryknoll College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of the Philippines.
