Rachel Robinette has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachel currently serves as the Director of Product Insights at KiwiCo, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Casper from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Director of Consumer Insights + Product Research. In this role, they led consumer insights and UX research, defined product strategy, and improved the customer journey. Rachel also contributed to the successful launch of a new product differentiation initiative, resulting in increased CTR and CVR.

Before their time at Casper, Rachel worked at The Clorox Company from 2010 to 2016 as the Design Lead, Innovation and New Business Discovery. Rachel played a key role in leading innovation teams and discovering new growth opportunities for the company. Additionally, Rachel worked at SCRAP from 2007 to 2011 as an Outreach Coordinator, where they developed relationships with the business community and led a website redesign.

Rachel's educational experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts from 2006 to 2011, where they taught industrial design courses. Rachel also worked as a Design Consultant at A+O Design Methods from 2008 to 2009, co-leading creative workshops for various clients. Earlier in their career, Rachel held the position of Senior Associate at Jump Associates from 2002 to 2006, where they provided leadership and managed client work for the design strategy firm.

Rachel's early career includes a role as a Section Leader at Stanford University in 2004 and a Design Internship at LeapFrog in 2001. Overall, Rachel Robinette has a strong background in product insights, consumer research, design, and innovation, with a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving successful initiatives.

Rachel Robinette attended Stanford University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Product Design from the School of Engineering. Rachel also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Sciences in Education from the School of Education during the same period.
