Alina Orlova-Araslanova

Alina Orlova-Araslanova is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Lead of the Talent Acquisition team and HRBP at Kiwitaxi.com, an international travel-tech IT company. Since December 2024, Alina has been responsible for hiring specialists in IT, digital, business, and marketing, while also developing and reconfiguring HR processes, conducting employee sessions, and managing internal communication.
