Tushar Kawale

Tushar Kawale is a project manager with extensive experience in the FinTech sector, currently serving at Kiya.ai since April 2023, focusing on delivery channels, banking, and automation involving AI and ML. Previously, Tushar held a similar role at Clari5 from May 2022 to March 2023, specializing in real-time fraud monitoring and prevention within the banking and financial institutions. Tushar's career began at Saraswat Infotech Limited as the Head of Information Technology and Marketing from June 2017 to May 2022, and earlier as a management trainee at Synergy from June 2014 to May 2017, overseeing training masterclasses and leading a sales team. Tushar holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, completed in 2013.
