David Jennings

Mr. Jennings leads, coordinates, and refines quality management systems, tools, and processes. He is an integral part of the team, providing advice and counsel on a range of matters.

Dave brings more than 30 years of experience in acquisition, logistics/training, and material management in the technical services industry. His career includes senior-level management positions with a major defense contractor and a distinguished career in the U.S. Army. Mr. Jennings is a graduate of the Department of Defense’s Defense Systems Management College, Program Management Course. He holds a master’s in acquisition and contract management and a bachelor’s degree in business. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Association of the United States Army, the Defense System Management College, and the Program Manager Alumni Association.
