Jason Elizondo

Jason Elizondo is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in technology leadership across various industries. Currently at Kizen since September 2025, Jason previously held positions including Head of Software Engineering at Pavelka and Head of Technology at Homeward, a healthcare provider focused on delivering care to underserved populations. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Engineering at Ceresa and Stellar, where Jason emphasized strategic alignment and product engineering processes. In earlier roles, including global leadership positions at Spiceworks Ziff Davis and Duo Security, Jason was instrumental in integrating engineering teams, leading Agile transformations, and developing high-quality software products. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
