Todd Nishimoto

Todd Nishimoto is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management. Currently serving as General Manager at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya and Claim Jumper Restaurants since July and October 2020 respectively, Todd has developed a strong leadership presence in the industry. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at Claim Jumper Restaurants, Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster from November 2001 to October 2014, and Hotel Manager at Outrigger Hotels Hawaii for over a decade. Todd began a career with the US Navy as an Operational Specialist from June 1984 to June 1989, laying a foundation for excellence in operations and team management.
