Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kjaer Group A/S since May 2017, Mads Kjær oversees a holding company for several customer-driven automotive service brands in Africa. Additionally, Mads Kjær has been a Board Member at OmniCar ApS since July 2021, contributing to innovative automotive service solutions. Other significant roles include Chairman of UDSYN A/S since 2007, Board Member at IFU from October 2015 to August 2021, and Co-Founder and CEO of MYC4 A/S, which focuses on funding for small businesses in East Africa. KJAER GROUP was established as a car dealership by Mr. Christian Kjær in Svendborg in 1962. Today the Group provides automotive mobility solutions internationally and employs around 400 people. The Group holds a leading position within its business area in Mozambique & Uganda where it owns and operates distributions, fully owned workshops and service facilities under the name of MOTORCARE . Globally, KJAER & KJAER deliver vehicles, motorcycles, parts, accessories, insurances and finance solutions to customers in the International Aid an Development sector (NGOs, the UN, the EU etc.).
