Igor P. has worked for two companies throughout their career. Igor started at Kjell & Company in 2007 as a Salesman, where they focused on warehouse management and stock keeping. During this role, they were able to cut time spent receiving inbound goods by 47% and increased the discovery of packing errors by 49%. Igor then transitioned to the role of Purchaser, where their responsibilities included continuous placement of orders, supplier relationship management, and negotiations. Igor also improved the average margin across the Samsung brand by 12%.

In 2015, Igor joined Scandsource Co., Ltd. as a General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and implementing strategic initiatives, developing the product range, and executing product strategies. Igor successfully grew the team from nine to twenty-four and achieved set targets.

In 2020, Igor returned to Kjell & Company, this time as the Supply Chain & Sustainability Manager. Here, they introduced data-driven decision making and prognosis work, transitioning the team from reactive to proactive purchasing. Igor also refitted the warehouse and logistic offering to accommodate the increasing online load.

Currently, Igor holds the position of Director of Data and Decision Intelligence at Kjell & Company, starting in May 2022. This role does not have an end date listed.

Igor P. has a varied education history which consists of their military training and secondary school education. In 2013, they completed Basic Military Training (GMU) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Swedish Armed Forces. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Igor attended Sven Eriksonsgymnasiet where they obtained their Upper Secondary School degree with a focus on Economics. In addition to their formal education, Igor has also pursued various certifications. Igor obtained the Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification from Microsoft in June 2023. Furthermore, in February 2021, Igor acquired the ADR 1.3 and DGR 1.6 certifications from Farligt Gods Skolan Safepac AB. Lastly, in November 2019, they obtained the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards certification from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
