Rommel Guadalupe

Rommel Guadalupe currently serves as the Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a position held since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as the Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics and the Director of Enrollment Operations and Analytics at Ursinus College from July 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, Rommel held the title of Institutional Research Accountability Manager at Connecticut State Colleges & Universities from June 2015 to June 2017. An extensive background in institutional research is demonstrated through positions at Wesleyan University, Harder+Company Community Research, River Oak Center for Children, Central Boston Elder Services, and the Judge Rotenberg Center. Rommel holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Trinity College-Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
