Rob Jones

Rob Jones has extensive experience in various leadership and management positions within the retail industry. Rob is currently a Board Member at the South Carolina Retail Association and the Senior Vice President Merchandising at W. Lee Flowers & Co. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President at Jushi Holdings Inc., Director of Merchandising at Pilot Flying J, Vice President & Chief Merchandising Officer at Tech-Zone Technology for Business, and Divisional Vice President at Family Dollar. Additionally, they participated in a Leadership Development Program at Danaher and worked as a Business Development Manager/ MBA Intern at Microsoft. Their expertise includes areas such as merchandising, inventory management, pricing, sales strategy, and team leadership.

Rob Jones attended George Washington High School from 1991 to 1995. Rob then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Virginia from 1995 to 1999. Later, they continued their education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2005 to 2007.
