Terry Tsai

Terry Tsai is an experienced professional in quality engineering and software quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Operation Efficiency Development & Quality Engineering at KKday since August 2022, leading multiple quality teams and overseeing the development of advanced testing frameworks, including an AI-driven platform. Previously, at Shopee from March 2018 to August 2022, Terry held the roles of Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, focusing on automation testing and leading a team of 15. Prior to that, at Trend Micro from August 2015 to February 2018, Terry worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Engineer, specializing in test case planning and automation through Python scripting. In addition to professional experience, Terry Tsai holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, attained in 2015.
